Overview: Franchising through Westin Hotels, Palm Holdings will be building an extended stay product, "Element by Westin". The hotel is located in the Headford Business Park, a one hundred acre upcoming business park near the corner of Highway Sixteen and Leslie in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The 129-bedroom boutique styled hotel is within close proximity to main offices of major businesses including, Honda, Staples, AMD, and Mitsubishi.

Project: The project will be a new build. Palm Holdings has purchased 2.4 Acres in an up and coming area of Richmond Hill. The 129-bedroom hotel will include a fitness centre, swimming pool, conference rooms and breakfast area. The hotel is currently gathering approval from the necessary parties and expected to open in the last quarter 2011.
