Overview: The first branded hotel in Talegaon, Pune. Marigold Hospitality, a subsidiary of Palm Holdings has gone under a partnership with local partners to build a Hampton by Hilton. The project will be the closest hotel to neighboring industrial developments including General Motors and JCB as well as other commercial and manufacturing companies.

Project: The Hampton Hotel started construction in April 2008 with an expected opening date of the last quarter 2011. The project was purchased as bare land in India. The project will be 104 rooms of which 55% will be extended stay and will be either studios or 1 bedroom suites, and have 3,000 sq ft of outdoor banquet space. Excess land has also been purchased to build another 150 bedrooms of an all suite Hampton in the near future. The hotel will have a 24-hour full service restaurant as well as substantial meeting space, swimming pool, and a leisure center.
