The hotel was purchased in March, 2010 with the view of taking advantage of the distressed market conditions, entering a strong location, and with the plans of increasing the hotels room count. The hotels location will give Palm Holdings current client base a choice for either a full service city centre hotel, at The Old Waverley, or a more spacious central aparthotel.
