Overview: Palm Holdings has partnered with Delhi base developers known for designing "The Crescent Mall" in Delhi and constructing the "Westin Hotel" in Gurgaon, Delhi to build a Hampton by Hilton in Ludhiana, Punjab. Ludhiana is the largest city in the state of Punjab known for its major industrial and education centers.

Project: The Hampton by Hilton Ludhiana plans to start construction in September 2008 with an expected completion date during the last quarter 2012 . This hotel will consist of 123 rooms, a full service restaurant, swimming pool, leisure centre and a 10,000 sq ft Banquet Hall to cater for the high demand of weddings and conferences that Ludhiana is known for.

Location: This hotel will be located in the upcoming NH1 – GT Road within proximity of major Industrial areas.

The legal entities of each of the businesses may have different ownership structures and have different boards not least because of Joint Venture agreements and funding arrangements but one or more of the Executives are normally involved in each separate legal entity whether through direct/indirect share ownership and/or board representation. The different legal entities are not in partnership with one another nor held out as such and do not have any liability (save under specific contractual arrangements) for one another's liabilities. None of these legal entities have any power, authority, or capacity to bind any other legal entity listed.
