Overview: Franchising through an internationally recognized brand, Palm Holdings will be building a mid service hotel on 2.4 acres of purchased land. The 433 acre (175 hectare) Headford Business Park has many opportunities for a new hotel. This park is growing rapidly and is already home to the Canadian head offices of Mazda Canada, Rubicon, Staples Business Depot, TetraPak and Xenos. The hotel will be located at the entrance to of the Business Park, near the corner of Highway 16 and Leslie in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Project: The project will be a new construction and is currently seeking city approval. Palm Holdings has purchased 2.4 Acres in an up and coming area of Richmond Hill. The hotel brand at this point remains confidential but will include a fitness centre, swimming pool, conference rooms and breakfast area. The hotel is currently gathering approval from the necessary parties and expected to open in the last quarter 2012.
