Novotel Toronto Airport Hotel
Overview: This 120-room property includes 4 meeting rooms, swimming pool, fitness centre, bar/restaurant and ample covered parking. A complementary shuttle bus to the airport is provided as a customer convenience.
Project: The Novotel Toronto Airport was purchased by the Greater Toronto Airport Association in 2001. The hotel was resold and then eventually purchased by Palm Holdings in 2005, which undertook a $7 million dollar renovation, opening the hotel as the Best Western Toronto Airport Hotel and Conference Center. Then, in early 2006, the hotel was re-branded, opening as the first franchised Novotel in North America.
