Royal Terrace Hotel, Edinburgh
Overview: The 107-room, 4-star, Royal Terrace Hotel is part of an expansive Georgian Terrace, over looking Scotland's historical capital, the city of Edinburgh. While owned and operated by Palm Holdings in 1988, the hotel was voted best city hotel by the Scottish Hotel Guide.
Project: Palm Holdings acquired/managed the Royal Terrace Hotel in 1987. The property was substantially upgraded including interior fixturing and swimming pool, and was successfully resold.
