The Clarendon Hotel, Edinburgh
Overview: At the time the 66-room Clarendon Hotel was located in the heart of the city centre, on the doorstep of Princes Street. With its strong location Palm Holdings refurbished the hotel to a
traditional townhouse style, while maintaining a modern feel.
Project: Palm Holdings owed and operated this property successfully for two years. Eventually the new ownership was able to convert the hotel to what it is now, The Hilton Grosvenor.
